There's a party ... and you're invited!

UPDATE: 12:12 p.m., July 10 - Hey everyone! The registration is officially closed for the party tonight. If you would like to come but slept on signing up, feel free to drop by. We'll do our very best to hook you up!

Well, it's been kept under wraps but the time has come to disclose the delicious deets about the official Angela's Eye Launch Party as well as the July release of Ford's hot new "Flex". Haven't seen Ford's new ride yet? You're in for a treat, for sure. Haven't heard about the launch party yet? Oh boy, you're in for more treats.

CLICK HERE to get on my list! By providing your information you will automatically be entered to win VIP access to the party which includes limo transportation to and from the event, premium seating and dinner for you and three guests provided by Millennium Limousines Inc. and Asian Village.

Beginning around 6 p.m. Thursday, July 10 we will be hosting a cocktail party meets dance party meets fashion show at the beautiful, upscale (but not stuffy) Asian Village of Detroit. There will be scrumptious complimentary sushi courtesy of Asian Village and an absolutely open bar courtesy of Finlandia and Chambord.

Laying down the hot tracks all night will be none other than two of Detroit's most sensational deejays, Brian Gillespie and Frankie Bank$. On top of that you can get your hands on an exclusive Angela'sEye.com Mixtape courtesy of these two.

While you're nibbling on sushi and getting your (free) drink on, check out killer custom bags, shoes and accessories painted by local artist Nkhumise "Inky" Noge. Or perhaps join your friends for some funny face-making in the photo booth by Shutterbooth. Craving something sweet after indulging in a few drinks and some top-notch sushi? The Cupcake Station has got you covered with dreamy cupcakes that taste just as impeccable as they look!

The fabulous fashions of local design duo Femilia will strutted around on lovely models as well as the avante gard creations by Annica Cuppetelli- two extraordinary elements in the fashion show, styled by fierce fashion femmes behind Cement; Katie Jean Payne and Adrienne Goloda.

Madames Payne and Goloda will also be the creative forces behind the runway ensembles to showcase a few of Detroit's indie retail leaders of their kind; the one and only Lost & Found Vintage, the custom dress guru - Shapes Design Studio, Burn Rubber Sneaker Boutique, Carl Sterr Men's Clothier, Caruso Caruso and Sole Sisters. An eclectic mix of shops to show the diversity of fashion, from sneakers to couture. Also backstage, (where all the magic happens) a talented team from HB Salon will be tricking out some tresses with makeup artists Nicole Rashid of Charisma Salon and Day Spa and Erika Broderdorf enhancing some beauties. Thanks to Traque Model Management, after oogling them on the runway, you can get a first hand look at real model behavior. And as always, no dress code - just be yourself. We know it looks a little fancy, but that's because we don't mess around. Come in stilettos, come in sneakers, come and have a great time!

While at the party, guests can sign up to win a two-year lease of a 2009 Ford Flex, a trip to the Emmys, the SuperBowl, New York City and 1 $1,000 VISA or MasterCard giftcard!

Also, big thanks to Troy Springer with Corporate Production Services.
