7/18 Vans Warped Tour ’08 @ Comerica Park
So many bands to see- and lots ot time to do it! Beginning at 11 a.m., the VWT, a favorite among hip, young tweensters- okay and us- Comerica Parking lot will be transformed into a skate and music epicenter. With super slick performances by Gym Class Heroes, Horrorpops, Jack's Mannequin, Just Surrender, Katy Perry, Know Lyfe, Lordz, MC Chris, Norma Jean, Oreska, Pennywise, Protest The Hero, Reel Big Fish, Relient K, Say Anything, Set Your Goals and tons more. The curly-haired Vans wearing comedian/musician hits Rochester on his his "Straight Outta Lynwood Tour." Creator of classics like "Just Eat It", "Amish Paradise" and "White & Nerdy" this guy surely has his own style.
7/19 Amos Lee @ Royal Oak Music Theatre
